I have finally fixed the problem with my comic strip and it looks perfect now up on the web.  Thank you to all who tried to help me, but especially to Howard Tayler and Bill Barnes who really walked me through some stuff step-by-step.

The problem was, my photoshop was set to the syndicates guidelines which were good for print, not so good for the web.  I went in and changed my preferences, uploaded it again, and now it works.

I feel SO much better now!
